    Public Foundation

    Public marketing site, manifesto, specs, recruitment surface, multi-language readiness. Published roadmap. Initial transparency dashboard.

  3. M3–M8·Phase 2Planned

    MVP Product Stack

    Identity Lite, governance portal, treasury dashboard, education commons, secure community coordination — in build order.

  4. M6–M12·Phase 3Planned

    Community Growth

    Recruitment of contributors, builders, stewards. Civic Builder Fellowship, volunteer guilds, translation, audit guild.

  5. M9–M12+·Phase 4Planned

    Local Node Pilots

    Education, mutual-aid, governance, and digital-rights node pilots. Federation expansion. First independent forks.
